Account Manager International Sales (m/w/d)

Do you have the experience and skills that will further embed and develop those relationships while developing new business prospects, based on a proactive and customer-focused approach to our Rental business?

As our new International Account Manager you’ll be looking for new opportunities every day. You have a key role in expanding our business and achieving our international sales strategy. You’ll be working on close collaboration with different internal stakeholders from different departments such as: Team Equipment, International Rental, Marketing, Finance and management.

 

International Account Manager Sales (m/f/d)

 

In terms of specifics, this requires you to:

  • Participate in the achievements of the group’s international sales strategy and its annualgrowth plan and budgets
  • Develop international sales revenue and margin from international equipment sales activities through new and existing customers in preferred markets
  • Manage strategic key accounts and large international rental companies
  • Gather, analyze and anticipate customer needs and market developments and opportunities
  • Add and manage all relevant data in the CRM system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers and partners
  • Report market information in a structured, correct and accurate way

This is a role in which you can combine your passion for sales with your passion for working in an international environment. Best of both worlds! Of course we can teach you the technical specifics of our industry; it’s more important that you know how to build a long-term relationship with our customers and that you are solution driven. On the one hand you will work closely together with our international sales department and colleagues in all Riwal countries but on the other hand, you will have a lot of contact with (potential new) customers. Therefore it is important that you have great networking, negotiation and communication skills. 

Besides that, you also bring the following attributes:

  • Higher education degree or working level
  • At least 5 years of experience in international sales and key account management.
  • Strong knowledge of aerial work platforms or industrial equipment in general is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and highly self-motivated.
  • Excellent language skills in English, Dutch and German (both written and spoken)
  • Must be willing and motivated to travel internationally as required
