We are looking for a Area Sales Manager, covering London & surrounding areas. A friendly, positive, can do attitude is a must to ensure our customer experience is world class, the ability to build strong rapports with customers and be able to think on your feet.
Tasks and Responsibilities include:
- Build and develop new and existing customer relationships;
- Maintain positive customer relations through professional interactions with customers;
- Proactive account management of an existing portfolio
- Site Surveys
- Arranging your own sales appointments consisting of customer meetings and new potential site work
- To develop current client base by adding new customers and securing long term pricing agreements
- Updating and management of CRM system;
- Working to targets and key KPI's to optimise sales success in designated area;

Requirements
- At least 3 years experience being able to demonstrate success and high performance in both management and new sales generation
- Knowledge of MS Office/ Google suite
- Drivers licence is required;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of an additional language is an asset;
- Team player and leader with customer focus, result oriented;
- Willing to travel nationally;
- Quick learner, eager to learn and develop.
- Ideally from a construction or equipment rental background but not essential
