My Riwal draws data from our telematics system to provide you with a data dashboard, plus the ability to drill down if you need more information.
My Riwal works by taking data from Trackunit telematics to provide you with accurate machine locations and status. Within the app you also can report faults or breakdowns, helping us to quickly get your machine working to its full capacity, and helping you to optimise uptime.
Within the My Riwal app, we have also created the functionality to enable you to access a great deal of important information. For example, you can find details on each machine’s serial number, its specifications and capabilities, and all the relevant safety documentation such as CE certification, LOLER certificates, and inspection reports. This can be extremely helpful, as it means that you always have all the correct documentation at hand if you have a visit from a health and safety inspector.
More benefits include the ability to quickly identify the name and contact details of the person at Riwal who rented the machine to you. This means that it is always easy to get in touch with your dedicated account manager, who is the person responsible for the machine on site.
Crucially, My Riwal also gives you the ability to find data on each machine’s running hours, energy consumption and carbon emissions. Easily downloadable data makes it simple for you to add this information to sustainability reports.
