As an Operations Analyst you are responsible for correct and timely reporting on operational matters, performing analysis on group performance and identifying actions to improve results.
You gather information from the different countries and identify process improvement opportunities. The responsibility you have is to keep control and report the composition and size of the fleet and fleet movements. But also reconcile the fleet in order to have the same fleet information operationally and financially as per balance sheet (locally and HQ). That means that you assist in Forecasting & Budgeting the Fleet allocation process.
You are also preparing ad hoc analyses for the Operations Team. To keep track of all data you coordinate the monthly KPI process and report Group Operations data (Fleet , Operational, and Commercial) to different stakeholders. Beside that you manage, control & improve Fleet/Operations Master data. There is an support role to the Manager Business and Operations analysis in handling fleet related insurance issues and you take part in HQ operations improvement projects.
We are looking for
As an international Business Analyst you have:
- A Bachelor and/or Master degree, ideally in Business Administration, Business Economics or Technical Education;
- At least 1 to 3 years work experience in an analytical role;
- Willingness to learn fleet management and affinity with machines;
- Excellent (level B2) verbal and written communication skills in English, any other European language is preferred;
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
Remuneration and Perspective
The remuneration package for this position includes a fixed salary and an attractive bonus scheme. The average bonus in the past three years was 15% of the gross annual salary including holiday allowance. No rights can be derived from this regulation.
We also offer a defined premium pension plan with Nationale Nederlanden with only 1% personal contribution. In addition, you have 29 days holiday per year and the possibility to participate in our group health insurance with ONVZ, with a discount on basic insurance and additional packages.
