Forklifts Training

A forklift truck is the most commonly used machine in logistic and production enterprises. Riwal has various courses for working with forklift trucks. The courses are given at three locations: Dordrecht, Velsen (North) and Son en Breugel. In addition, the course can also be given on site.
Training Forklift Truck or Reach Truck
This is a fast-track course that will prepare you for working with a forklift truck in two half-days. This course focuses on working safely and identifying danger. In addition, it is essential that you actually learn to operate a forklift truck. This course is intended for employees who work regularly with a forklift truck and should be certified for this task. The result is a BMWT certificate that is valid for five years (the Dutch abbreviation ‘BMWT’ stands for Building machines, Warehouse design, Transport means & Road building machines).
 
Training Forklift Trucks with a lifting capacity of more than 10 tonnes
This In-company course is given on site. Working safely, identifying danger and practicing with a forklift truck are emphasized in two half-days. This course is intended for employees who work regularly with a forklift truck and should be certified for this task. The result is a BMWT certificate that is valid for five years (the Dutch abbreviation ‘BMWT’ stands for Building machines, Warehouse design, Transport means & Road building machines). Condition for giving the course is working with your own tested forklift truck.
 
Training Reach-stacker
This course is only given on site in one or two days. This course emphasizes working safely, identifying danger and practicing with a forklift truck. This course is intended for employees who work regularly with a reach-stacker and should be certified for this task. The result is a BMWT certificate that is valid for five years (the Dutch abbreviation ‘BMWT’ stands for Building machines, Warehouse design, Transport means & Road building machines). Condition for giving the course is working with your own equipment.
