The Pecolift is a pioneer in the mobile elevating work platforms industry. This type of vertical personnel lift push around machine is designed to provide easy access to elevated spaces. It is a lightweight and compact lift that can be easily moved from one location to another, making it ideal for use in a variety of indoor settings. The Pecolift can be used as an alternative to ladder to improve safety and ergonomics in applications, such as in warehouses, factories, and construction sites. It is also commonly used for maintenance and repair of equipment in industrial settings.

This manual low level access platform has a patented manual lifting mechanism, which allows the operator to ascend and descend almost effortlessly. By turning the handle, the operator can bring himself to the required height and adjust it throughout the work process.

Pecolift is totally eco-friendly since it does not require batteries (to be charged and maintained) or hydraulic oil. The fact that this machine does not require recharges, it can operate 24/7 and does not restrict the number of lift cycles. Unlike traditional solutions, it doesn’t require erecting, unfolding, or climbing to use. Its small footprint and simplicity make it a perfect mechanical solution.

The footprint of the machine is only 0,99m x 0,70m, and the weight is 180 kg. The machine doesn’t damage sensitive floorings and easily fit into standard single doors and elevators.

During the test phase, we conducted multiple ergonomic examinations of operators using the machine. Ascending and descending a ladder stresses multiple parts of human body, especially the spine and knees. When working with the Pecolift, a smooth and effortless lifting process is maintained, which doesn’t harm the operator, and allows them to sustain a natural and healthy posture while working.
