Riwal’s Karlygash Yezigbayeva in Top 30 Young Leaders in the Kazakh Oil & Gas Industry

Over the 30 years of Independence in Kazakhstan, a whole galaxy of energetic leaders has grown up with new thinking, new knowledge, and approaches that contribute to the development of the oil and gas industry of the republic of Kazakhstan – and change it for the better.

The oil and gas industry has undoubtedly remained a driver of economic development for Kazakhstan all these years, and young leaders are already occupying various leadership positions, being the pride of the industry and the country as a whole. Almost half of the candidates studied in foreign educational institutions and speak several languages.

The Top 30 Young Leaders of the Oil & Gas Industry of Kazakhstan 2023” presents a golden pool of specialists with technical education who work in management and other responsible positions in the production sector both in oil and gas production companies and in business, oil and gas TNCs, ministries, universities and associations .

Today, our colleague KarlygashYezigbayeva, Country Manager at Riwal Kazakstan, had the privilege of being recognised as one of the Top 30 Young Leaders of Oil and Gas in Kazakhstan by PetroCouncil. We are immensely proud of Karly for receiving this distinction and we are grateful for having her on our team.
