Breakdown support
Our technical support team is available 24/7 to get you up and running again in case of disruptions due to breakdowns or damages. With depots in multiple locations in each of the countries we operate in, our skilled technicians are always close by and can respond fast.
Maintenance contract
Riwal offers the possibility to outsource your equipment maintenance on a contract basis. Maintenance contracts can be tailored to your requirements and can include for example:
- Regular maintenance
- Safety inspections by TÜV, SGS or another certified inspection company
- Warranty on performed maintenance
- Optional on-site inspections
- Optional replacement equipment
Annual safety inspections
Whilst our mechanics keep your machines well-maintained, we also offer annual safety inspections. It goes without saying that these are performed by a certified inspection company like TÜV or SGS. These inspections guarantee that your machines operate safely and that, in case of unforeseen incidents, your insurance company can be provided with the proper documentation.
